Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours will result in a charge of $50/service or per hour of service time booked for Medical/Esthetic Services and 100% service fee no show for massage. Unexpected events do arise, however you agree by booking that these unforeseen circumstances are not the fault of your provider and payment for time is required. You may cancel yourself up to 12 hours prior without being required to contact your provider, however you will be charged the fee from your card on file, or require payment prior to your next visit.
